You can also contact us via our live chat module. However you decide to contact us, we will help you find the quickest and easiest resolution to solve your problem. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange process.
Please follow the checklists provided to ensure that no damage occurs during shipping.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Our customer service team will be glad to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Specific tire, wheel, or part information is available on each item’s product page via a “Warranty” icon.
Other than the applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All returns and/or exchanges are subject to inspection by a Gridiron Tire professional technician or the Tire/Wheels/Parts Distributor in which the tires, wheels, or parts came from and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. An only unused product that has not been driven, not damaged, and not installed is eligible for return.
Credit amounts will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee.
PARTS: Credit less all freight charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires and a 20% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via FedEx are charged freight both ways on rejected shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit/debit card or Paypal used to purchase the order. If payment was received via ACH, we will refund by check to the billing address.
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Gridiron Tire's customer service department at 1.855.502.7274. Gridiron Tire will report the damage to the shipper (FedEx or UPS) and arrange for a replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing that it arrived in and we will arrange for the return via FedEx or UPS.
Return Check List: TIRES ONLY
Call Gridiron Tire’s customer service at 1.855.502.7274 for a return authorization number.
Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and the Gridiron warehouse address from which the tire was shipped.
Packing slip with return authorization number should be taped securely to the tire.
